Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Compensation:Base pay of $75-$85 per hour, with performance incentives of up to $25 perhour, resulting in an average hourly rate of approximately $96. Generous Paid Time Off: Fiveweeks annually, inclusive of vacation, holidays, and sick time. CME Support: Three paid CMEdays annually, with additional CME support provided. Requirements: Current and unrestrictedMassachusetts Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. Excellent clinical judgment,communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work bothindependently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
