Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing operational disruptions Analyse incident trends to identify root causes, propose sustainable solutions to avert future incidents and establish monitoring protocols Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, securing the successful execution of projects Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge bases to guarantee that vital information is systematically recorded and readily available Contribute to the selection of technological tools by collaborating with architects and provide insights on prospective influence of new technologies Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps, based on understanding of client business needs Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to development of software applications, for successfully delivering the proposed solutionsYour contribution to the team: A focus on innovation and adaptability for integrating new technologies Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements. Passion for mentoring and fostering a knowledge-sharing culture.Required Skill and ExperienceTechnical Project/Program Management, Agile/Scrum, SDLC, application development, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), Java/.NET/Python environments, APIs and microservices, DevOps and CI/CD, project planning, release management, RAID management, dependency management, resource planning, delivery tracking, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, stakeholder management, executive reporting, escalation management, and onsite/offshore delivery coordination.Preferred Skill and ExperiencePMP/PgMP/PMI-ACP/CSM/SAFe certification, AWS/Azure cloud transformation or migration experience, DevOps/CI-CD and platform engineering exposure, Java/full-stack or cloud-native engineering program experience, budget and financial management, vendor management, resource utilization/forecasting, regulated industry experience, and exposure to Data/Telecom/AI programs.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
