Sales Operations Manager

Help a leading travel and tour operator build a smarter, more effective sales organization.
Our client is looking for a hands-on Sales Operations Manager to improve the systems, processes, and data behind a growing sales team. You'll work closely with sales leadership and Business Development Managers to strengthen forecasting, improve pipeline visibility, streamline CRM workflows, and give the team better tools to drive revenue.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into the details, spotting what isn't working, and building practical solutions. You'll have the opportunity to influence how the sales organization operates while leading projects that directly impact performance and growth.
