Key responsibilities Design static and motion assets for social media, email, and display advertising Edit and produce short-form videos with basic motion graphics and captions Organize source files and assets to ensure efficient team collaboration and scalability Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in graphic/multimedia design, including internships or freelance work Proficiency in Figma and Canva, with working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and/or After Effects A strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals across social and digital media Experience in creating clean short-form videos and basic motion graphics Ability to independently translate briefs into polished work while being open to feedback and collaboration
