Good client service often comes down to a clear answer and a follow-up that happens when promised.
As an Entry-Level Client Services Coordinator, you will help make both happen. This full-time, in-office opportunity gives you a clear team environment while you learn the client-service process.
You will communicate with prospective clients, coordinate next steps, keep useful contact notes, and support an organized client experience.
A college degree is not required.
You also do not need previous insurance experience to be considered.
Customer-facing work in hospitality, retail, reception, customer support, or another service setting can translate well.
The environment is structured, but the conversations are human. You will learn how to use the process without making every interaction sound scripted.
Team feedback supports your progress as you develop stronger client-service habits in a role with a strong income opportunity.
Bring an organized approach and a willingness to learn.
